confidential claim information, policyholder information, protected health

Praxura may be able to assist, communicate about the requested working session,

maintain appropriate business records, and protect and operate the website.

Submitting the form does not create a client or professional relationship.

HOSTING AND ANALYTICS

This website is hosted using Framer. Framer processes information needed to host

and operate the site and its forms. Form submissions are routed to

scott@praxura.com. Praxura currently uses Framer's cookieless analytics. Google

Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel, and custom tracking

scripts are not currently active.

RETENTION AND REQUESTS

We retain contact submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain

relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on

where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information. Contact

us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity

and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable care in handling information submitted through the website. No

website, email system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely

secure. This website is not intended to receive sensitive insurance, claim,

medical, or policyholder information.
