Do not submit claim files or details, policyholder or claimant information, health

information, financial account information, credentials or access keys, confidential

customer records, or information subject to handling restrictions.

INFORMATION PROCESSED

The form requests name, work email, company, role, and a general workflow

description. Submissions route to scott@praxura.com.

HOSTING AND FORM PROTECTION

The website is hosted using Framer. Basic antispam is enabled. These statements

describe the current public site and are not a certification, audit result, warranty,

or description of controls for a future customer engagement.

ANALYTICS AND TRACKING

The site currently uses Framer cookieless analytics. Google Analytics, Google Tag

Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, and custom tracking scripts are not

active. Future optional marketing tracking should be accompanied by updated notice

and consent controls.

ENGAGEMENT DATA

A website submission does not authorize Praxura to receive or process production

claim, policyholder, or regulated data. A future engagement would require written

terms defining data, responsibilities, authority, systems, access, and handling.
